Correct option (1)  0.67 kΩ, 300

 Explanation:

Current input = 15 × 10-6

Current output = 3 × 10-3

R0 = 1000

Vin = 10 × 10-3

Vin = rin × Iin

rin = 2000/3 = .67kΩ

Voltage gain = V0/Vi = (1000 × 3 × 10-3)/(10 × 10-3) = 300
