Correct option(b)

 Explanation:

6/3 = 8/4

No current flow through 10 Ω 

6Ω and 3Ω are in series, therefore equivalent resistance will be 9Ω and 8Ω and 4Ω are in series, equivalent resistance will be 12Ω
